- Guests must provide a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the scheduled check-in date to be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Refund Process:
- For cancellations made with at least 30 days' notice, the deposit will be refunded in full within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
How to Cancel:
- To cancel your reservation, please contact us in writing via email at contact@margaretinn.com or through our booking platform. Ensure you include your reservation details such as booking reference number, name, and check-in date.
Special Circumstances:
- In the event of an emergency or extraordinary situation (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions), please contact us to discuss possible accommodations or exceptions. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Modification of Reservation:
- Changes to the reservation dates are subject to availability and must also be requested at least 30 days in advance. If new dates are not available or if the modification is requested less than 30 days before the original check-in date, the cancellation policy will apply.
